(Հայոց) 995 (=1546) թվին, Աստծու կամքով, ես` Սարգիս կաթողիկոսս` որդի Հատիր մելիքի, թոռը Մեծ Սայդունի, գնեցի Կասրի սեփական (հողը) վեց ստակով (արծաթ դրամով), մենակ (թերևս՝ լքված) տան (սեփական հողը)՝ չորսուկես ստակով, Առուտանոցը` երկու ստակով, Կոռալանը` չորս ստակով (և) տվեցի Գանձասարի սուրբ ուխտին: Ով այս սեփականությունը հանի Սուրբ եկեղեցու (ունեցվածքից)` նզովված է 318 հայրապետներից և (նզովքով) կապված է Սուրբ Ովանեսից։

In the Armenian year 995 (1546), by the will of God, I, Catholicos Sargis, son of Melik Hatir, grandson of the Great Saydun, purchased the property of Kasr for six staks (silver coins), the property of a single (apparently abandoned) house for four and a half staks, Arrutanots for two staks, and Korralan for four staks, and gave them to the holy fraternity of Gandzasar. Whoever removes this property from the possessions of the Holy Church is cursed by the 318 Fathers and bound by the curse of Saint Hovhannes.
