Ա ղես , Մլըք , Մխ իթար , մի աբ ա նե ց աք Սուրբ ուխտիս՝ յառաջնորդութեան Տէր Ոհանիսի , եւ մի աբ անք ս տվին : Բ: ժ ամ Մլըքդ ար ա ՝ ի տ աւ նի մ ար գ ար էիցն, կա տ ար իչք աւրհնին յԱստուծոյ :

(Ես)՝ Աղես, Մլըքը և Մխիթարը, Տեր Ոհանիսի առաջնորդության օրոք միաբանեցինք սուրբ ուխտին, և միաբանները սուրբ մարգարեների տոնին երկու պատարագ տվեց Մլըքդարայի հիշատակին. կատարողները (թող օրհնվեն Աստուծո կողմից):

I, Aghes, Mlyk, and Mkhitar, in the days of the leadership of Ter Hovhannes, joined the holy fraternity, and the brethren gave two liturgies on the feast of the Holy Prophets for the remembrance of Mlykdara. May those who performed them be blessed by God.

Հուշարձանը հայտնաբերվել է 2014-2015 թթ.՝ Վաղուհասի հոգևոր հովիվ Հովհաննես քահանա Հովհաննիսյանի նախաձեռնությամբ և Գրիգոր Հայրապետյանի աջակցությամբ, Արցախի Զբոսաշրջության և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության վարչության կողմից իրականացված մասնակի պեղումների և մաքրման աշխատանքների ժամանակ (հնագետ՝ Տիգրան Ալեքսանյան):

The monument was discovered in 2014–2015 through the initiative of Hovhannes Priest Hovhannisyan, spiritual pastor of Vaguhas, with the support of Grigor Hayrapetyan, during partial excavation and cleaning works carried out by the Department for Tourism and the Protection of the Historical Environment of Artsakh (archaeologist: Tigran Aleksanyan).
