Աստծու կամքով, ես՝ Սմբատ իշխան՝ որդի Լիպարիտ մեծի, Տեր Աթանասի առաջնորդության (օրոք), միաբանեցի Դադիվանքի Սուրբ ուխտիս և գնեցի Խունտաշանց այգին, և Եղեգիսում իմ գնած ձիթահանքը, նաև այլ միջոցներ ըստ իմ կարողության, նաև Կանանչավոր գյուղը և այլն, որոնք հաստատեցի ամեն տուրքերից զերծ (անչար) և տվեցի Սուրբ Կաթողիկեին։ Տեր Աթանասը և մյուս միաբանները մեզ (համար) սահմանեցին Զատկի՝ Հարության կիրակի օրը բոլոր եկեղեցիներում պատարագել: Արդ, ով մեր տվածը խլի կամ պատարագը խափանի`318 հայրապետների (անունից) նզովված լինի: (Հայոց) 714 (=1265) թվին:
