(Հայոց) 660 (=1211) թվին, ես՝ Հասանի որդի Գրիգորեսս, շինեցի տաճարը (ի) հիշատակ իմ հոգու, (ձեր) աղոթքներում հիշեք ինձ:

In the year 1211, I, Grigores, son of Hasan, built the temple in memory of my soul; remember me in your prayers.

Դադիվանքի վիմագրերին բնորոշ հատկանիշների կրողն է, տառերի հնագրությունը նման է փոքր եկեղեցու որմերին ագուցված խաչքարերի վիմագրերին:

The inscription bears traits typical of the Dadivank epigraphic corpus; the archaic letterforms correspond to those found on the inscriptions of the khachkars built into the walls of the small church.
