Արձանագրության չորս բեկորները հայտնաբերվել են Սբ Տիրամայր վանքի 2014-2015 թթ. հնագիտական պեղումների ընթացքում: Աջակողմում մի փոքր հատված կորսված է, սակայն այն չի խանգարում վերծանության ամբողջացմանը: Գիրը կանոնավոր է, փորագրությունը՝ համաչափ:

Four fragments of the inscription were uncovered during the 2014–2015 archaeological excavations at the Monastery of the Holy Mother of God. A small portion on the right side is missing; however, it does not impede the decipherment of the text. The script is uniform, and the carving is proportionate.
