Աստծու օգնությամբ, ես՝ արիական Հասանի Մամքանս եւ մեր որդի Գրիգորը, տեր եղանք (մեր) հայրենի (սեփական) տեղերին եւ մեր պարոնները (դրանք) հաստատեցին (Հայոց) 716 (=1267) թվին: Սուրբ ուխտին տվեցինք Ծովատեղը, Ջաջուռենց, Ջոլբեկենց, ես՝ Գրիգոր, տվեցի Ձագունենց հողերի մեր բաժինն իր չորեցով (արորով): Իմ որդի Սարգիսն ու միաբանները Սուրբ Ստեփանոսի տանին իմ մոր եւ իմ ամուսին Ասփայի համար ժամ (պատարագ) սահմանեցին: Եթե որեւէ մեկը ժամը (պատարագը) խափանի կամ ընծան առնի, (թող) դատվի Աստծուց: Մոխրաբաքը տվեցինք (իբրեւ) մեր բաժին. (Հայոց) 761 (=1312) թվին:

With the help of God, I, Mamkan, wife of the valiant Hasan, and our son Grigor, took possession of our hereditary (ancestral) lands, and our lords confirmed them in the year 716 of the Armenians (=1267). We gave to the Holy Covenant Tsovategh, Jajurents, and Jolbekents. I, Grigor, gave our share of the lands of Dzagunents with its fourfold measure (arable portion). My son Sargis and the brethren ordained a service (liturgy) on the feast of St. Stepanos for my mother and for my husband Aspa. If anyone should obstruct the service (liturgy) or take the offering, let him be judged by God. We gave Mokhrabak as our share in the year 761 of the Armenians (=1312).

Ծեփը տեղ-տեղ վնասված է, որի հետեւանքով որոշ տառաստեղններ կորսվել են: Վիմագրում վկայված առաջին թվականը նախորդ հրատարակիչները ՉԾԶ (1307 թ.) են կարդացել եւ միայն Ս. Կարապետյանն է այն ՉԺԶ (1267 թ.) կարդացել, որը եւ ճիշտ է: Նա նաեւ դրանք դիտարկել է որպես երկու առանձին վիմագրեր:

The plaster is damaged in some places, resulting in the loss of several letterforms. The first date attested in the lithic inscription was read by previous editors as ՉԾԶ (1307); however, S. Karapetyan read it as ՉԺԶ (1267), which is indeed correct. He also identified the text as consisting of two separate inscriptions.
