English translation

By the will of God, I, Ter Vardan, son of Jalal, gave the land of Tsakkhach to the Holy Vow of Gandzasar, during the rule of Aghbast and the abbacy of Ter Yeghia. They performed two liturgies for me. In the Armenian year 892 (=1443).

Armenian translation

Աստծու կամքով, ես` Տեր Վարդանս՝ Ջալալի որդին, Գանձասարի Սուրբ ուխտին տվեցի Ծակխաչի հողը`Աղբաստի իշխանության և Տեր Եղիայի առաջնորդության (օրոք). սրանք (ինձ) տվին երկու պատարագ: (Հայոց) 892 (=1443) թվին:

Commentary

The carving is irregular, and the lines and letters are sometimes disproportionate; the ends of the lines are damaged.

Փորագրությունն անկանոն է, տողերն ու տառերը՝ երբեմն անհամաչափ: Տողերի վերջնամասերը վնասված են:
