English translation

In the year 1551. O God, have mercy upon Priest Ter Ghazar of Khoranashat. Amen.

Armenian translation

(Հայոց) 1000 (=1551) թվին, Աստվա՛ծ, ողորմի՛ր Խորանաշատեցի Տեր Ղազար քահանային. ամեն:

Commentary

The execution of the script is inexperienced. The word “Ter” was omitted by the scribe and later added supralinearly.
Գրչությունն անվարժ է, Տէր բառը գրիչը բաց թողել, ապա լրացրել է տեղի վերևում:
