English translation
I, Mkhitar, during the leadership of Lord Vanakob, became a member of Saint Grigor Monastery/Church and the brethren granted two liturgies each year during my lifetime, for the commemoration of my father Papak and my mother; after my death, one liturgy is to be for me, and one for my spouse, on the Feast of Pentecost.

Ես՝ Մխիթարս, Տեր Վանակոբի առաջնորդության օրոք միաբանեցի (անդամագրվեցի) Սուրբ Գրիգորին (վանքին / եկեղեցուն), և միաբանները տվեցին տարին երկու պատարագ, քանի դեռ ողջ եմ, իմ հոր՝ Պապաքի և իմ մոր (հիշատակին), իսկ իմ մահից հետո մեկն ինձ, մեկը՝ իմ ամուսնուն (կնոջը), Հոգեգալստյան տոնին:
Commentary
The stone is no longer in situ and was discovered during the 2014–2015 archaeological excavations. The first and last two lines of the lithic inscription are partially weathered; however, the decipherment remains complete. The script is uniform, with shallow engraving.
Քարն իր նախնական տեղում չէ և հայտնաբերվել է 2014-2015 թթ. հնագիտական պեղումների ժամանակ: Վիմագրի առաջին և վերջին երկու տողերը մասամբ հողմահարված են, սակայն վերծանությունն ամբողջանում է: Գիրը կանոնավոր է, ոչ խորը փորագրությամբ:
