English translation
This spring belongs to khoja (merchant) Ghazar from Ghapan and Aghverts (present-day Darbas village of Sisian), who came to Dzagh (Dizak), to the village of Taghot (Taghut). It was the Armenian year 1168 (=1719). I built it in memory of my departed ones, the relatives of Ghazar, and his mother Maryan. These are the laborers. In the Armenian year 1187 (=1738).

Այս աղբյուրը ղափանցի և Աղվերծի (այժմ՝ Սիսիանի Դարբաս գյուղը) խոջա (վաճառական) Ղազարինն է, որը եկավ Դզաղ (Դիզակ)՝ Թաղոտ (Թաղուտ) գյուղ. (Հայոց) 1168 (=1719) թիվն էր, շինեցի ի հիշատակ իմ ննջեցյալների, Ղազարի ազգականների, իր մայր՝ Մարյանին, սրանք աշխատավորներն են. (Հայոց) 1187 (=1738) թվին:
Commentary
The inscription and the three-sided borders of the upper stone enclosing it are painted black. The spring has long ceased to function.
Արձանագրությունը և այն ամփոփող վերին քարի եռակողմ եզրագծերը ներկված են սևով: Աղբյուրը վաղուց չի գործում:
